I bought the first Smart Tank 790 MFP on 03/24/22. On the 11th day, the defect indicated in the "deficiencies" appeared. After filing a Claim with the Seller and contacting the HP representative, I was replaced with another MFP of the same model on 04/29/22. On the 9th day, the same defect appeared in the new MFP. I contacted HP, where they tried to fix this defect remotely, considering it not a production defect, but an operational one. Nothing happened, so I turned to the Seller demanding a refund. The Seller's customer service promptly resolved the return issue, for which I express my gratitude to both the Seller and the HP Representative Office in the 2022. It is a pity that the model turned out to be "raw", because. in the "advantages" he described all the main qualities of the model, for which I would not change this HP model for MFPs from other manufacturers (I have experience using EPSON and BROTHER).
