In general, it's pretty good, an equal number of pros and cons.

I bought the first Smart Tank 790 MFP on 03/24/22. On the 11th day, the defect indicated in the "deficiencies" appeared. After filing a Claim with the Seller and contacting the HP representative, I was replaced with another MFP of the same model on 04/29/22. On the 9th day, the same defect appeared in the new MFP. I contacted HP, where they tried to fix this defect remotely, considering it not a production defect, but an operational one. Nothing happened, so I turned to the Seller demanding a…

Pros
  • Build quality, print and scan quality, HP software and support.
Cons
  • On two MFPs, the same defect appeared in the first 14 days - when printing documents, lines are skipped in different parts (top, center, bottom) of the page, for example, in a document of 13 sheets on 4 sheets there were gaps lines, which entailed the need for constant checking of printed documents and, of course, paper consumption (which is simply unacceptable in today's situation).

it is not possible to set up sending scanned documents to a network folder of a home PC or to e-mail, in previous models everything was simpler, here, obviously, something was very clever with the software

I would definitely recommend the purchase, I don't think there is anything wrong with it.

I use it at home, I do not turn off the printer at all. Worth it and works perfectly, suits everyone. I bought it for 24k, but it’s not a pity to give 38 for it, I recommend it. With its pros: Prints very fast. Scanning and copying is excellent. There is a backlight, touch screen, sound. Doesn't lose wifi. Excellent print quality in both bw and color on plain paper (80gr) Different cons: It was difficult to set up scanning to a network folder, but as a result it works perfectly stably. Scanning
