These cases offer excellent value for money. With occasional use, they will last you for several seasons. The clasp and pouch are made of plastic that won't break or tear. I wouldn't go diving with them but they protect your radio in the rain and on short dives. Ideal for Baofeng radios. I have bought several of these radios on boats, off road and in bad weather. Voice and sound through the plastic are acceptable and clear on RX and TX. You'll have trouble turning the volume knob, but all other buttons are easily accessible in these pockets. The Baofeng UVs with a clip on the back fit well, but they do fit in these clip-on bags.
