From an electrical point of view, these pigtails should only fulfill a few tasks: 1. Stable jacket construction2. good insulation 3. Plugs fit securely into sockets4. They transmit power from point to point without signal loss. Fortunately, they meet all the criteria. 16 gauge wiring is secure but not bulky. Just note that they have a minimal bend radius, so you can't fold them like most power cords. However, they have enough power to handle any wall warts I need to plug into the extension cord under my desk and still stay in the conduit (it still fits snugly). I really wish Cable Matters would move away from sticky labels or at least go for an adhesive that doesn't leave as much residue as when the label is cut. A quick wipe down with isopropyl alcohol will get this over with quickly, but it's another extra step I don't want to take (especially since IPAs are in short supply during COVID-19). However, this is a small complaint. In short I am more than happy with the quality of what Cable Matters has built here and will most likely be ordering another set for my home theater. I wholeheartedly recommend.
