Wow I bought 12 pieces, 11 as gifts and 1 for me. It works great when it's connected, but when it's not connected and you mark the item as lost, the lost function fails miserably. I only found out about this because my brother called me and said he couldn't find his keys and needed them urgently. I have experienced it myself. I put the keys on the table, walked way out of reach. Realized the keys were lost and headed back to the house. The little icon at the top showed up for a second to show the connection I think, but the button that says Lost should change back to find when you're in range. It's never found. I'm sitting right in front of my keys. If you see a little icon, all you have to do is turn bluetooth off and on again and it shows the find, but it doesn't show 100%, and I'm still sitting in front of my keys. Another tracker I bought last year worked great but didn't have a rechargeable feature so I wanted to try this one. But it fails miserably.
