Not sure what the problems were

Ordered for some reason after 2 attempts, sent back, got a replacement. none worked. Already dead when it arrived. I had to return the money and order from another supplier. It took a second from another provider to get one that worked. There are no problems with any provider. The problem was only in the equipment.
