So I got a 12v socket, got it today. This is an add on for the rear of my SUV and I want everything to look as factory as possible. So my only complaint at this point is that I immediately noticed that the included bezel, which can use two screws for extra grip, wasn't done right. It has two screw holes and a socket insert to provide secure and convenient anchoring. The panel I received has screw holes drilled on the wrong side of the panel. One side has a screw insert and the opposite side has a socket. This does not work with a flexible lid. I think I can use it without the plate, but if I built it into the SUV's plastic trim, the extra support would be nice. I haven't used it yet, but this bug makes me question the overall quality of the product.
