The best thing is that the customer support team was very friendly, helpful as well as knowledgeable in regards to my products. They were also able to work around specific time frames without any issues with us. Customer care service should be improved upon! I would recommend it for those looking into purchasing an industrial product or other engineering related items (such as valves). It solved our issue of being able to move things out of our warehouse quickly while still maintaining quality at affordable rates. The best part is they are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about their product. Nothing to dislike! I would recommend them for any project you have in mind. They will give you all possible options with regards to your needs or requirements. We used them for our home renovation project. Their design team was able to provide us with creative solutions that we had not thought of before. It's been great working together with them.
