Creatif 7 Piece Carbon Steel Non-Stick Baking Sheet Set is a fine collection of baking sheets with a specific look and quality. So far I've only used a large baking sheet and a loaf pan, but both have worked really well. And since the entire collection is made from the same smooth carbon steel, I expect the entire set to perform well. I'm not sure what type of nonstick they use, but it seems very effective. In other words, food doesn't stick and cleaning becomes an easy task. I also like the wide handles on most pans, which of course make gripping the pan that much easier. The only downside is the lack of a medium sized cutter to go with the large cutter. As usual I will update my review if anything changes. But for now, this pan set is solid.
