Absolutely does what it's supposed to do. We bought our kid an old cell phone because I don't think a smartphone is needed at this age when there are tablets at home and phones are really just for communication. The phone we received is almost 10 years old (starting simple. Remember you had to press 4 multiple times just to say "hello" over text?). SIM cards are all micro and nano now and won't fit older phones so we bought this adapter set. I received an email with usage and troubleshooting instructions before the package got here so I could read it and it was really helpful. I ended up using the tiniest drop of glue as suggested to hold the nano SIM in the adapter. When it comes time to upgrade my phone, I have no doubt that I can salvage the SIM card. All in all, I'm very glad I found a reasonable and super cheap solution to our problem. Thanks very much!
