Incredibly well packaged to ensure clean and undamaged delivery. I bought them in almost all sizes: 18 inch, 20 inch and 22 inch. They are shaped like a square with stuffed corners so they actually fit in the corners of the pillow. They are true to size. The company thought of fit! I can fit a 22" pillow insert into a 22" pillowcase and it looks great, unlike other brands where I have to stuff corners or competing brands are too small. If you increase the size, e.g. B. from an 18" suitcase with a 20" insert, it's a fluffy, well-padded pillow and supportive. I have tried all types of pillows such as feather and down pillows and other hypoallergenic pillows and none of them work as well as this one. This really is the CADILLAC of cushions. I replace the inserts in all my pillows with these hypoallergenic Acanva pillow inserts.
