Timing belt changed and decided to replace while belt was removed. It appears to be the same seal of quality as the one I removed from the crank. Replaced with this until it leaks. Looks like a solid purchase. Continue. No problem. Just wanted to add that the easiest way I've found to remove the old crank seal from the EJ block is to use a paint can opener. This will not damage the slot, which you might damage with a smaller screwdriver. Use the big head to collect the new one and your golden one!
