I connected this unit to a portable speaker system and it sounds like it was from my original review, I've been having problems ever since. came back to me Very disappointed I wanted to know why the platter wobbled after a while and the platters started playing at drag speed Very upset Because I ordered a replacement The replacement played fine and then the same drag and platter problem happened again! disappointing, and then the company never responded to emails. No contact, and of course everyone blames COVID for the lack of contact. So angry. This item could have been great merchandise due to the ongoing vinyl renaissance. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY. There are two models. I bought three of the first models as gifts. There are no problems with them but the problem was with model 2. I bought this model for the audio equipment. Pen. They have a better needle and clearer sound, but a cheaper model is better to buy and a more reliable system. Three purchases and exchange of model 2 and the same problem occurs after 30-40 days of play
