I like that they are willing to go above an beyond for their clients with personalized service! The staff is always friendly & helpful when dealing with our tech issues via phone or email. They also have great customer support in case you need help after hours as well. There really isn't anything i dislike about them at this time but if there was something it would be that sometimes we don't hear back from employees until much later than expected which can cause scheduling conflicts. We use SmsTecSolutions to provide IT services including computer repair/support, network design / implementation, server management as well as web hosting and website development among other things.
