The first pair I received had slight wear on the surface so I contacted the seller immediately. Within 24 hours, customer service responded with a letter apologizing for the damaged lenses and offering to replace them. In short, their customer service will NOT disappoint. A++ for that. As for the lenses themselves, I bought a blue mirrored polarized screen. I personally didn't like them as the lens would create a "3D glasses" effect on any bright surface you're looking at. By the effect of 3D glasses, I mean that weird reddish-bluish tint that causes severe headaches. The back of the lens gave off annoying flares, but to be honest, as an Asian with pale skin, the light could have been worse for me. The lens didn't fit as perfectly as the original Holbrooks and wobbled a bit. , but because the original dimensions do not match 100%. No rattling unless you try to move it. I upgraded my lens to the Elite while speaking to the customer service team and I love the Elite much more. Noticeably less flashback, richer colors and no more 3D glasses on bright surfaces.
