Love these things! They are much more aesthetic than typical recessed lights, even when turned off! They are inexpensive, consume almost no electricity, especially compared to traditional radiators. They are much easier to install, I can't stand those stupid springs. I can't find a hole in any way (but that's another story). And one of my favorite things about them is no heat! They don't get as hot as incandescent bulbs or worse halogens. My god I can't believe they still do these things. You should turn them off the day before if you ever need to take them out for cleaning or anything. You don't have to worry about climbing into the attic and pushing back the insulation so you don't burn down your house. You don't have to look for an IC package compared to a non-IC package. If you are an electrician, you will like them very much. Forget math! Gone are the days when you had to add up all the potential wattage of the bulbs to stay within 15 amps and run a bunch of different lighting circuits for a large room. You can run 100 of these on one circuit if you want. And with all the color temperature options available, I see no reason not to buy LEDs! These things are wonderful! You will love them.
