Feels best in massagers

When I used it it definitely helped relieve some of the pain. I've used it both hot and cold. in the freezer. For hot, I heat a bowl of water and then toss the ball into the bowl after it comes out of the microwave. My only complaint is that it's not hard to pinch the skin. If you tilt the ball backwards as it rolls across the terrain, it will most likely pinch you. It's not hard to avoid and it doesn't sting much, but I end up pinching myself with it at least once per use. Overall I'm happy with it and it really helps to relax and relieve pain.
