The package came with an outer box in terrible condition but the goods were not damaged. There was one big problem, drawer handles and hardware were not included. We called the Simply Home furniture store as stated in the brochure. The guy just said send a letter. I went to the store's contact page and tried to request four drawer handles and hardware but it requires an act of Congress so they have this long form for you to fill out which takes a lot of time and the end of the request fails. You click the submit button and the form continues to appear with no notification that the request has been submitted. One small point to note is that the instructions don't state that the three backplates only fit one specific way. The screw holes at the junction of the panels are split in half, so you need to pay attention to that. Another point is that the legs are attached with very small screws. So be careful when moving the stand you need to raise it all the way up and not pull or use glides to avoid breaking the legs.
