The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was that the rubber feet soiled/damaged my carpet, even after a very good cleaning the carpet still had light black streaks. They are lightened with carpet shampoo but appear to remain permanent. Don't put it on carpet or rug. But otherwise it's a great product.
