I like how easy it was to use with all of our clients in different industries as we were able to provide them reports with very specific needs/data they requested from us.

The report builder can be cumbersome but you get used to it after awhile! Reporting requirements have changed over time (more so than most companies are willing or capable) which made this difficult at times. We utilized WYNE's BI toolset for both internal financials - accounting ledgers / budgeting as well as external customer facing dashboards providing customers with detailed information upon their purchase order submissions (which included pricing).
