Great meat press!

I loved this straight away. That is hard. It's well done and gives our burgers at Natalie's Catering a crispy crust like we've never had before. I highly recommend this item!

Pros

grooves on the bottom. This Blackstone XL Bacon Ricker not only browns the outside of the food, it also heats up the contents and flavor. Fry your favorite sandwiches and burgers easily and quickly thanks to the extra large size!
