Review on 🚘 ANCEL AD410 Enhanced OBD II Vehicle Code Reader: Powerful OBD2 Scanner for Auto Check Engine Light, Emission Analysis, and More by Terry Kohl

A must have for anyone working on their car.

A very nice tool. When that pesky check engine light comes on, it's nice to have it in your toolbox instead of driving across town looking for AutoZone or O'Reilly to read the codes for you. **One thing I learned after buying and using it myself. If you plug it in and the screen stays black, check the cigarette lighter fuse. Apparently this can cause the port that the OBDII is plugged into to not have power. I almost sent it back until I realized it wasn't the car that was bad, but the cigarette lighter fuse had blown causing the OBDII not to turn on. In any case, you will receive all the codes that can cause problems with your car. on the "Check Engine" display and indicates whether the part is gone or waiting. I'm still learning what it's all capable of and what each screen means. I grew up learning how to work with cars before they had computers. So a lot is new to me. But you can't learn until you go in there and try something new. It also provides you with diagnostics and a feedback chart. Well worth the money, especially on older model cars (with computers) like mine that have the check engine light come on at least once or twice a year (I think). Saves money in the long run because a professional mechanic will likely charge you a tidy sum just to use their own OBDII reader. With it, you can find the codes, figure out what's causing them, and if you're so inclined, fix the problem yourself. I really like this reader and for anyone who loves to fix their own stuff, this should be in your toolbox.
