It's really nice that there are two packs at a lower price than the competition. Very comfortable and supportive. They are needed after a vasectomy. Expect to wear them for the first two weeks, even if you feel like you don't have to after the first week. This helps with long-term healing and also supports you with small bumps. When buying a support product, a lot of importance is attached to a wide belt like this. Not really sure why, I'm guessing what it is for consolation. If it seems too wide for you, you can just roll it up a bit.
