This is a great case that can be made almost perfect with a little modification. It's solid and reliable, but other reviews are right when they say it's too tight. Sure, it looks like an extension of the switch itself, but it's so tight that you'll have to be careful trying to remove the casing as it looks like the joysticks will snap right away. However, this is easily fixed by simply cutting off the top straps (see image). They're easy to cut off, the case is a lot easier to remove, and best of all, the case sits on the Switch just as snugly as it did before. I was thinking of buying another suitcase so I cut off the shoulder straps just to try this idea out and I was very happy with the results. If you buy this case, I strongly encourage you to do the same. I also have a (very) small issue with how easily the magnetic lid falls off when I flip the switch, but I just put it aside until I'm done. Also, the metal clasp that keeps the lid closed is quite stiff and difficult to remove at first, but loosens up after a few weeks of use. Overall I am very happy with this switch. It is very thick and durable and perfect for traveling.
