A friend told me about this cooler and the fact that I don't have to sit or lay still but you can actually walk around with the boot on and it stays cold, ice melts, take off and re ice from the cooler, it stays cold for hours. You can also add different pads to attach, I have the pad for my back. This machine is absolutely great to have.
