Defective chair - returned

Item (NOUHAUS +Posture Ergonomic PU Leather Office Chair) defective and not as described - was returned to seller within 3 days and returned. Loose, poor quality work (particularly on the seams, fabric mismatched, ruffled), too much padding in front making it look like bending forward, arms didn't go all the way up ( couldn't go) and was so light that I worried it would make it through time. Also had a return/refund issue: It's been more than 3 weeks and the seller ('Fast Deal') kept delaying my refund - I had to include Revain's 'A to Z Guarantee', after all I have one get a refund. I would not recommend buying this chair.
