Mounts easily to the wall and holds my new 48 inch TV perfectly. I'm pretty sturdy and comfortable so I was able to put everything on the wall by myself. Most people will need a second person to easily mount the plate on the wall as the unit comes fully assembled. It's not easy and you have to support it by turning the first screw. I highly recommend using an impact wrench if you want to try this yourself. You can also use zip ties, velcro or any other cable management system as there is no solution included in the box. .
