Voice command doesn't work!
Bought two remote controls. The first didn't have a voice command, it cost about $8. I then bought this for my parents as my mum had a stroke so she needs a voice command to change the channel. WE configured it completely and despite everything, the voice command does not change channels. It was a waste of $30. It works just like $8. I bought one for us. Save your money and just buy the cheap one. I can't send this back as I attached raised buttons to her so she can feel where to press. Damn. Received for Mother's Day but doesn't work like her old one.
