I have constant radial nerve pain and thumb tenderness from a failed cervical epidural. The physical therapist gave me one of these and it saved me! Not sure why it works so well, but it does help alleviate debilitating sensitivities. I sleep in it and wear it most days during the day. Easy to clean and keeps its shape well. The first glove lasted almost a year. I just bought a second one and the quality is just as good. It's a bit hot in summer but it helps so much I'll be wearing it no matter what.
