My husband ordered them in a size 11.5 and he loves them for the quality and style; this is a very nice shoe. Unfortunately, they are typical American shoes and too narrow for his feet. Generally, even if the suede is a bit tight, he can wear it until it stretches, but they are too tight for him to "shrink" at all. As well as the width, he says they feel very comfortable in the sole and arch of the foot. If you have a wider foot I would recommend ordering half a size up. In terms of length, they seem to match the 11.5 that you'll find on most American brands.
