Broke my heart - I really wanted a decent set of pans for my new induction cooker so I paid top dollar. Started with a frying pan - trouble. despite proper preparation of the pan, everything started to stick. worse, it was starting to brown/burn on the unused side. What a mess. impossible to clean so i ordered the bar storage which was amazing but still needed a thorough cleaning and they still don't look like new - looks like they've been used for a long time. I have an old stainless steel set that is 45 years old and still looks better. I think I should have bought a non-stick coating but I didn't want the black color and the product description led me to believe that non-stick coating is optional for this line. I don't know what to do now - I hate throwing money away. Other than that, they appear to be well built, a little heavy and with nice visual lines. This is the first review I have ever written but felt compelled to do so as I was so disappointed. Just be ready!
