One star because I can't give zero. My baguettes stuck to the sofa every time I used it. I dusted the couch generously with flour and rice flour, but to no avail. I spent more time on the bench letting the dough dry a little before placing the curly loaves on the couch and they are still sticking. I tested the same batter in bannetons and had success and a smooth transition from proofing basket to oven. I've given this couch too many options since I bought it in December 2017. The material is too absorbent and porous. Since then I've progressed to a heavier canvas and have been successful each time.
