Does what it's supposed to and is very noisy - just what you need in the event of a gas leak

I bought two different types of gas detectors. Both worked but this product had a much louder alarm. It's a bit big, but if it's because of the more powerful speaker then I'm all for it. I don't know how accurate that is, but I just tested it by quickly pulling out a butane lighter. This alarm is triggered by a small amount of gas and will be heard throughout the home.
