Not sure. Make sure everything is tight.

The bike is sturdy and pretty good for the money you pay for it but some of the bolts have come loose and could be extremely dangerous! The bike comes mostly assembled so there is no problem. After my son rode it for a few months, the chain suddenly fell off the cogs and the brakes only work with the chain on. Luckily we live on a dead end street and he just walked up a small hill to stop the bike (my 5 year old is quick to pick it up) but if we lived on a busy street I wouldn't even want to imagine what it could be be. happened. It turned out that the knot holding the pedals to the bike was loose, causing the cog to wobble and the chain to come loose. Make sure *all* the screws/bolts/nuts are tight before letting your child ride the bike. Don't think everything is tight when you take it out of the box. No issues with the bike as I double checked and regularly inspected everything.
