I think these sandals/slippers are always forgiving. My child was wearing his size 13.5 and managed to adjust until these arrived (he is now a size 2 and I felt guilty). I don't know how long they will last, the soles are very light and although I do know that in our case they are mainly used indoors - outdoor life will probably move us pretty quickly - the child walks on concrete and grinds her with him. They fit as expected as I mentioned my child is a size 2 and they have some room for his feet to grow. He seems comfortable and loves playing with the new "feature" to play with as they don't slip off easily. The colors are beautiful I love the combination of gray and blue and I hope the gray hides some of the dirt. They recommend hand washing and avoiding chlorine bleach; I would never consider throwing out the washing machine or using chlorine but if you do then here it is! I think the price is a bit high for such a product!
