I recently got my mother's old records as a gift and I've noticed that they've all warped a bit over the years. I bought this product to stabilize old records and some of my new records that were warped when they arrived. sliding mat. The second picture was taken right after charging and as you can see there was no space left immediately! Pros: - Perfect weight, I could actually see the curved plate stabilizing right after touchdown! - Fits under the cover of my audio. Turntable Technica so I can close the lid while it's on. The slim design doesn't stand out too much from the LP, especially as Cons: The only downside I could think of is that it obscures the center of the image on the vinyl. This is a minor complaint and does not apply to this brand. I'd rather my records sound clean and undamaged than being able to see the center illustration as it spins. Target Audience: Record collectors (and newbies/people with just a few records). Anyone who wants to protect their investment and enjoy their vinyl music for years to come!
