The compression liner has very little compression. Boxer briefs would provide more compression than this does. The liner also has a seam right up your crotch which can be uncomfortable, especially if you are working out on a bike.The way these are cut make it so they ride low in the back. I constantly have to pull them up so that my rear end isn't hanging out.The phone pocket is nice and will fit a medium sized phone.I wish the liner was an inch shorter and the outer layer an inch longer.I'll keep these until they wear out and then look for something else.
