Solid pants overall. I really liked the idea of the pocket for the phone, but my phone will slip out during seated leg press and a couple other exercises and then fall out of the pants completely when standing up.

I absolutely adore these shorts. The compression on the insides has a nice snug fit, doesn't feel like your circulation is being cut off or anything. The inside pocket is a nice touch as well, haven't had the chance to use the hole meant for headphones yet but I'm excited to!

These shorts are great! The inner phone pocket is perfect for carrying your phone while running. Even on longer runs, I barely notice that the phone is there and it stays safe and secure. There is also a very convenient opening in the inner lining for earphone wires. I was looking for shorts primarily for running that have a pocket designed for a cell phone to keep the phone from flopping around in a std side/front pocket. The compression liner has very little compression. Boxer briefs would provide more compression than this does. The liner also has a seam right up your crotch which can be uncomfortable, especially if you are working out on a bike.The way these are cut make it so they ride low in the back. They're decent shorts but there are better ones out there, I think. The outer shell is soft, they fit well, elastic drawstring waistband. I bought these for my 17 yo son. I bought 1 pair first and he loved them so much,, I bought 2 more. The underneath "bike"short doesn't ride up. He is 6'6"; 190 lbs. Size large works well for him.

Loved the fact that the pocket on the liner fit my very large iPhone (with case). Like them a lot but inner spandex should be tighter! I will be buying more of these soon!
