Pocket doesn't always hold phone
Solid pants overall.
I really liked the idea of the pocket for the phone, but my phone will slip out during seated leg press and a couple other exercises and then fall out of the pants completely when standing up.

I would certainly not categorize these as lightweight. The liner is very thick heavy feeling. The outer shell is also thick. They work. They are comfortable.
