Review on Xspec 20" Folding City Commuter Bike - Lightweight & Efficient 7-Speed Design For Urban Travel by Ryan Moran

Great purchase for the price.

I was looking into getting a folding bike and was amazed at the range of prices. I saw some for less than $200.00 up to $2500.00. This one caught my eye because it was around $200.00 and had a lot of good reviews. I actually went to a bike store to see what folding bikes looked like in person before buying. But they didn't carry them and the only one I could order was around $700.00 . They also have a no refund policy for specially ordered items. So I took a chance on this bike and I am glad I did. I am a 60 year old woman who is moderately mechanically inclined, and I put it together myself and adjusted the brakes. After placing my order they emailed me a How to Assemble Video. It was step by step and easy to follow. I watched it once all the way through, then watched it again and paused as I was going. The video shows what tools are needed. I got confused when I tried to follow the books guide for tools needed. The video was really all I needed to follow. I did however have to google how to adjust the brakes, but it was pretty simple. I can't wait to take my bike on outings for short bike rides. If I continue to love this type of bike, I may upgrade in the future, but this is definitely a great starter folding bike. Don't get me wrong I will still keep this bike and save it for friends to join me on my bike outings since they will be so easy to transport. LOVE IT.
