I usually watch Dr. Oz doesn't, but I stumbled across a passage the other day about how to increase your metabolism to help your body lose weight. He recommended trying this dose for a few weeks before increasing the dose. After two I can honestly say my metabolism has increased, I'm not on a diet but have lost an average of 4 pounds a week so far. As always recommended, I consulted my doctor first to make sure it didn't hurt but would help me in the long run.
