I measured my dog's paws as directed and ordered the appropriate size according to the size chart. However, when I received the shoes and tried them on, they were too big so I had to return them. That part didn't really matter to me. I was planning to buy them again but in a smaller size. What bothered me was that I had to pay $6 to ship it back. Which wouldn't matter much if I just bought a random size and hoped they would fit. It would be up to me. However, since I took the time to measure her paws based on her recommendations and ordered the size she said she fell under, I feel like I don't have to pay to return her. That's why I give this product an overall grade of 3. Fit gets 1 star because the shoe didn't fit in at least 2 sizes. Comfort and durability get 5 stars because the product itself is well made.
