The Prozor DAC is ideal for those who don't like the metallic sound of their flat screen TV. Before you complain about a converter error, do it first! Go to your digital TV settings and select "Sound". Scroll down the menu to Digital Audio Out. Select PCM format. This is the only sound format that the converter can use! Then connect the digital output cable to the digital output on the back of the TV. Remove the white plastic covers covering the connectors before attempting to connect them. Then connect the HDMI cable between the HDMI port on the TV and the power port on the converter. The red light on the converter lets you know you're connected. This is the converter's power supply. Once you've done that, connect the red and white analog audio jacks to the converter (in my case) and the TV/Aux port on your amplifier or receiver. Lower the volume on your TV and select TV/Aux on your receiver or amplifier. This works for me and it should work for you!
