Review on EBC Brakes DP31588C Redstuff Ceramic by Michael Tran

I have waited until I have had 1000 miles on them for a review of the EBC Redstuff Brake Pads. Overall I am very happy with these pads and would buy them again. The friction and braking feel is almost identical to the original BMW pads. The braking behavior also corresponds to that of the BMW pads. Brake dust is roughly the same as the original BMW pads, but brake dust is much easier to remove from the wheels. EBC RedStuff brake dust washes off easily, unlike BMW brake dust which sticks to the wheels like glue. At the same time I exchanged the original BMW brake discs and bought CENTRIC high carbon brake discs from Revain. This combination of rotors and pads works well enough and there is no brake noise at all. I almost gave 5 stars but deducted 1 star because I was expecting very little brake dust, but that may not be realistic as I drive quite aggressively.
