Had to buy HP printer ink for C6380 printer. We used to buy recycled ink and the printer won't read it. So this time we bought expensive inks, NOT remanufactured ones, and when you look at the ink levels, all the new color cartridges are only half full! Black is the only complete. We bought tri-color ink and plain black; We didn't need a black photo, so we didn't get one. I wonder if the seller is selling old ink that has dried out. It just sucks when you pay a lot of money and literally don't get everything you paid for. If you think the color ink cartridges are half full, please let me know. But that has never happened to me. Next time I'll just go to an actual store to buy some ink. I gave 2 stars for the fast shipping and that the black ink works great and unlike anything else it's full.
