This snap collar outer fabric bag was ALMOST PERFECT! The only problem I have is that it's a bit shorter than the original, maybe an inch and a half?!? Therefore, the paper bag is too high for this outer fabric bag, so the duct tube leading to the top of the bag may buckle and prevent dust from reaching the top of the tube and into the bag. A simple solution is to cut an inch and a half from the bottom of the paper bag's sewer pipe where it is secured with a tension spring. CORRECTED . Russ Pratt, Webster, Massachusetts
