Review on Transponder "T-Pass" TRP-4010 AVTODOR TOLL ROADS, black by Mateusz Mazurkiewicz ᠌

The product suited me, I will recommend it to my friends.

The manufacturer does not understand at all how to present the product correctly to a new user. If this is your first time buying something like this, you'll understand. Firstly, there is absolutely no information in the instructions on how to correctly register and personify in your personal account! That, a white piece of paper in which a transponder is partially wrapped with some kind of barcode and numbers, this is the personal account number. From where the new user should know about it!? Is it really impossible to print above the barcode and numbers, or below, (word) what, this is the personal account number! I thought that it was generally a protective package, tore it up, and almost threw it away. When registering, you need to enter the serial number of the transponder, but even the 7-step instructions do not say that these are the first 19 digits on the case, and that this is the first group of numbers, not the second. In total, there are 30 digits on the transponder, the first group is 19, the second is 11. From where can a new user know or should he know!? Is it really not possible to print this in the instructions for the product!? Why does the client have to dig in the footer of your site to find all this. And why is this not in the 7-step instructions, and the correct activation method is on their own website, current through google. Also, after successful registration, the status of the transponder is indicated as temporarily blocked, of course, you can assume that you just need to replenish your account. But when it is written in brackets - in the gray list, the feeling is that some kind of leftist bought it! Is it really impossible to correctly convey information to the client correctly? Indicate in the line in the pop-up or information window that it is necessary to replenish the account in order to unlock the transponder, and that it can take up to 2 hours to activate it. Again, run around the site, look for information.

Pros
  • Great item for a trip to the south. Saves both time and money. Mounting is included.
Cons
