Review on Whiteside Router Bits SA2100 Straight by Miro Dadee

I was cutting out some speaker spacers in my car and wanted something that wasn't wood because wood and moisture don't get along and car doors absorb moisture. her when it rains. Many people on car audio forums recommend HDPE cutting boards because they're cheap, common, and fairly dense. I've tried cutting them with general purpose routers in the past and while that worked reasonably well I was happy with the results as the plastic melted too much and the cut quality suffered and I had to make multiple passes. I ordered this after hearing that Whiteside is a good brand and it's a huge improvement in cut quality. I use it in a Bosch Jasper Circle Milling Machine 1617. I recommend that you go around the circle 2 or 3 times just to make sure the cut is as clean as possible when using it this way, but the results are good enough one pass, which is more than I could say, r is the general purpose bit I've used before.
