I had severe tendinitis in my right elbow. I bought an elbow pad at the pharmacy but it slipped off and was generally useless. A colleague offered me a velcro that looked more like a tourniquet and itched. After some thought I ordered the Riptgear clamp and I have no regrets! It's well made, comfortable, I can wear it or under my sleeve, easy to put on and stays in place all day with a little adjustment. Between the Riptgear brace and the icing of the area, the inflammation is almost gone. Best home remedy I've bought in a long time.
