I don't understand the many positive reviews. Yes, it is a "nice" oven. The oven interface is fine. But that's all. The grate, tray and basket are VERY thin (and that's all you get). The grid can easily be pushed between the shelf guides with very little downward pressure. It cannot hold a 10 lb bird in any way. The fan is quite noisy and turns on even for simple operations like toasting. The stainless steel skin is THIN (both inside and out). The back skin is also thin and COMPLETELY uninsulated, making the back very hot (as hot as the inside). The oven window has no insulation and doesn't appear to have IR blocking, which also causes it to get dangerously hot. Aside from being dangerous, it may not be energy efficient and I know my AC bill would have suffered as a result. Came back and was replaced with Ninja Foodi XL which I paid the same for. other league. MUCH, MUCH better quality on every important front. Maybe not as pretty, and I'm not a fan of Ninja's somewhat clunky UI, but the difference is in the quality. Yugo vs Audi. For me, this was a replacement for a Cuisinart toaster/convection oven, which was also significantly higher quality but significantly cheaper. Not recommended. Lots of better options for the same or less.
